"Phil and Lewis were outstanding! My 85 year old mom who lives in Florida and has bouts of forgetfulness, was up here from Florida. The Florida people she bought her phone from, over sold her a smart phone, 2 tablets and a personal hub. All of which she didn't need nor could understand how to use. Her smart phone, which made her feel stupid, needed to be replaced with a simple flip phone.
I called Lewis and he said to see Phil in his store. We couldn't be more delighted. Phil found my moms passwords so she could finally listen and delete messages that she hadn't received in months. He switched out the smart phone for a flip phone. My dad passed a month back so he had all my dads calls routed to my moms new flip phone. He then gave us a charger. All of this for no charge, nothing. This place knows customer service and its proof!"
